Ok, so you go to the gym, you want more muscle, increased body confidence, and even build more strength
Maybe you want a little more attention from the opposite sex!
Except every time you go to the gym you just sit down on random pieces of kit, aimlessly going through the motions, hoping for something to happen
You look around the gym and see everyone getting more ripped, lifting heavier, and looking more jacked week to week. But you’re just the same! You’ve been here for months now, and you're not as big, muscular, or lean as they are. And you start to feel like this “gym” thing isn't for you.
